all the blocks sewn together and embellished with feather stitches ...

top and back  (without batting) and a small binding ...

buttons holding together top and back.

TAST 2012 Update

I am really behind with my TAST stitching. These are my first Oyster stitches. I immediately fell in love with this stitch: easy to work and makes a great texture.

I think, my up and down buttonhole stitches are a bit boring but I can see  a great potential for this stitch when used in Crazy Quilting combined with other stitches.
